Question: Is my shopping secure?
Answer: Yes, we use the PayPal system to handle our checkout process. When you enter your payment information, you are
directed to PayPal's 128 bit encrypted payment server.

Question: When can I expect to receive my order?
Answer: You can generally expect your order to arrive within 3 to 5 business days after completing the checkout process when
using USPS. International orders will take longer according to the method of shipment used at time of order.

Question: Do you backorder?
Answer: No, every item on our website is currently "in stock" and ready for purchase.

Question: Where are you located?
Answer: We are located in Pflugerville, Texas about 10 miles North of Austin.

Question: Can I order an item and have it shipped to a different address other than my own?
Answer: Yes, when you come to the page where you enter shipping and billing information, just place the destination of your
gift in the shipping area.
Please note: UPS orders will not be accepted for a PO. Box.

Question: Do you insure your items?
Answer: Yes, all of your orders are insured to give you the best service possible in the event of shipping problems.

Question: How big is 20mm?
Answer: A lot of gemstones are measured in "mm" or "millimeters". We have a handy reference chart that will convert "mm" to
"inches" or "carats" that should make your purchase easier to calculate.
